The Project Management Training Series outlines the essential steps, tools, and templates to build a successful recovery housing or other projects. This training will focus on understanding a Sponsor’s role and utilizing an Engagement agreement to establish the proper expectations and communication with your Sponsor. It will outline how a Sponsor and a Project Manager are different, how they should work together, and how to use a simple Sponsor Engagement Signoff sheet to establish expectations early in the process and avoid issues.

The RCOEs were established in 2019 by the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP), an initiative of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) that aims to reduce morbidity and mortality related to SUD in rural areas.

Who operates the Rural SUD Info Center?
